- Problem
- Leads sat in the fresh-lead stage until a staff member got to them. In fitness sales, that gap is where the lead goes cold.
- What I built
- An agent that fires when an opportunity is created, watches for two minutes, then reaches out and runs the scheduling conversation to completion — booking, rescheduling and follow-up.
- Result
- Every new lead is contacted within two minutes of entering the pipeline, without anyone on staff touching it.
Find out where AI is worth it in your business — then build it.
Most businesses spend thousands on the wrong build. The work starts with figuring out what's actually worth doing.
How it works
-
The AI Opportunity Audit
I go through how the business runs, sit down with whoever owns each process, and score every opportunity against what it costs you today. You get a prioritized roadmap — including the parts where AI isn't the answer. The fee credits toward whatever we build next.
-
Build what the problem needs
Custom software, an AI agent, a workflow rebuilt end to end — whatever the answer turns out to be, rather than whatever I happen to sell. Fixed scope, fixed price, one build at a time.
-
Hand it over properly
Documented, and your team knows how to run it without me. I stay on for support and improvements if that's useful, and I don't if it isn't.

Book a callI came to this the long way round.
I started in full-stack development, out of the University of Utah's program. Following that, I spent about two years running software delivery. I managed a team of thirteen developers across four time zones, and we delivered two industry-leading products.
As a former competitive athlete, health was the other thing I'd always had a passion for. When a coaching job came up that didn't cost me my income, I went for it. After two years I was carrying 80–100 clients at one of the biggest companies in the industry. I decided I wanted to build my own ship, so I got board certified and opened my own practice.
That meant building the whole thing myself. The site, the client systems, the lead workflows, the reporting. None of it was a side project — the practice doesn't run without it.
Managing thirteen developers and a hundred clients are different jobs with the same problem underneath: without real process, things fall through. Most developers get handed a spec and build it. I've run the delivery, juggled several at once, and spent years finding where systems quietly break.
One of the most valuable things I've learned: don't build something just because it sounds like a good idea. Before anyone spends thousands, I want to know it'll actually save time, cut cost, or raise quality. That's why every engagement starts with finding out where it's worth it.
From the people I worked with
"Keagan was an amazing team member and project manager for our PBSCO engineering team. His constant curiosity, his passion for excellence, and his incredibly high standards for strong data, clean systems and processes were fundamental for our team."
Lauren BosticManaged Keagan directly, PBSCO
"The success of our software development team would have simply not been possible without his management and leadership. Given the opportunity, I would not hesitate to work with him again."
Benjamin HyattDirector of Quality Assurance
"Keagan was instrumental in developing our products and motivating the team. He's eager and quick to learn any skill, adaptable, and most importantly, brings a positive energy and can-do attitude to everything he does."
Daena Michelle CedilloApplied AI PM & Consultant, CPG business owner
"He was gritty and not afraid to get his hands dirty. His cross-functional communication skills came in handy when having to work with multiple stakeholders in order to launch our different business verticals."
Chris RenManaged Keagan directly, REEF
"Financially he can innovate certain areas of the business in order to create new offerings and help elevate the bottom line. He's got an amazing sense of productivity, and creative solutions."
Mario D. LeoneIT lead and strategic growth partner

Things I've built.
Agents, workflows and websites — most of them running in a business right now, including my own.
Projects
- Problem
- The PDF went out and then nothing happened until someone remembered to follow up. Pipeline stages drifted out of date within days.
- What I built
- The full path: delivers the resource, moves the opportunity through pipeline stages automatically, and hands off to an agent that reaches out two minutes after submission to ask about the person's goals and build toward the trial offer.
- Result
- Every lead gets a personal conversation started within two minutes, and pipeline state stays accurate without manual updating.
lmnlhealth.com·monarchmothers.com
- Problem
- One practice works with former athletes rebuilding their relationship with training; the other specialises in pregnancy and postpartum. A shared template would have served neither.
- What I built
- Both sites from scratch in hand-written HTML, deployed on Netlify, each written for its own customer.
- Result
- Each site runs the full path from first visit to booked call — credibility pages, product checkout and call booking.
- Problem
- Generic call scripts don't survive contact with an actual prospect, and tracking who said what across a few hundred leads becomes a spreadsheet nobody maintains.
- What I built
- A tool that takes a lead list as CSV and returns a pitch tailored to each business, with objection handling for that specific call. Tracks response state so follow-up is driven by what the prospect said.
- Result
- A cold list becomes a worked queue rather than a spreadsheet — every call opens with something specific to that business.

- Problem
- Reading a 68-marker lab panel against a client's intake is slow, and the part that matters — working out which habits and constraints those markers point to — is judgment that doesn't survive being fully automated.
- What I built
- A human-in-the-loop assistant. It reads the panel and the intake together, surfaces the top constraints, works the plan out in conversation with the coach, and outputs a branded client report. It cross-references markers and flags when medical coordination is warranted, including what to ask the provider.
- Result
- Turns a lab review from hours of manual cross-referencing into a working session. Now the standard intake process for every client.
Experience
- Problem
- Two products to bring to market with an engineering team spread across four time zones and no single owner holding scope, sequencing and handoffs together.
- What I did
- Ran delivery end to end: requirements, sprint planning, cross-timezone handoffs, QA gates and launch.
- Result
- Both products shipped and became leaders in their category.
